Pool Days Bookings:
Use of Utopia Retreat is available to all Guests over the age of 18
Full Days offer 6 hours of spa use, including allocated time for lunch and your selected treatments and all spa days are subject to availability.
For days that include an inclusive spend for treatments per person, the allocation cannot be combined and any unspent credit cannot be used towards the cost of your spa day experience.
Half Days offer 4 hours of spa use, including allocated time for lunch and your selected treatments and all spa days are subject to availability.
Your choice of treatment for our Half Spa Days must be chosen from the given selection.
Individual Treament Bookings:
Treatments will take place in one of our bespoke single or double treatment rooms unless a hair or nail treatment is selected. Treatments are performed by both male and female therapists. All treatments are subject to availability. Please note, individual treatment bookings do not include use of
the facilities unless you are a hotel resident.
Voucher Payment:
If you paying for your experience using an Alexander Hotels Gift Voucher then you must bring your voucher on the day, failure to do so will result in your spa day being charged in full on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Once booked Pool Days and Treatments are non-refundable. However we are able to change the date of your booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your Day. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the booking is unable to be transferred to another date. We strongly advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover the unfortunate need to cancel their pool day. Alternatively, a more flexible amendment policy is available to allow for any unforeseen circumstances by opting for our "flexi cover". This covers allows you to alter the date of your booking once up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note Spa day through third parties dates cannot be changed once booked.
