Your Pool & Picnic day includes... ◾ A glass of Champagne on arrival or a two course picnic in the grounds of the estate. ◾ A sun lounger for four hours, use of the pool and poolside amenities ◾ An Alexander Hotel Collection tote bag.

Your booking includes 4h of pool access with booking times from 9am - 1pm or 10 - 2pm.

For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, children are not permitted in Utopia Retreat and Pool between the hours of 10am to 4pm.

Terms and Conditions: Utopia Retreat is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.

Pool day bookings are valid for a strict 4-hour duration. Early arrival and late departure may be arranged for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Alternatively you can also book a day by the pool with or without treatments and lunch on our website.

Bookings are non-refundable; however, amendments may be made up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of arrival cannot be transferred to another date.

For added flexibility, guests may purchase our ‘Flex Cover’, which allows booking amendments up to 24 hours before arrival. To add Flex Cover to your booking, please contact us.
